Initial Release - Parsing Only

• Read a Multi-Fasta file (from memory, this crate does not implement Read due to the zero-copy property).
• Parsing copies no data.
• Parsing is as lazy as possible without resorting to partial file parsing.
• Parsing and copying use SIMD instructions where possible
• The parser does not validate anything that isn't strictly required for parsing and thus accepts some malformed Multi-FASTA files.
• The parser is intended for custom sequences.
