I don't see any gain to changing the existing identifiers. It's an illusion of progress, yet making disruptive and arbitrary amounts of work for others as they have to go edit their code. We've got much more important things that need doing. |

This is in accordance with the recent discussions on the NG.
This patch changes Posix -> POSIX and linux -> Linux to be consistent in casing. The old identifiers are still kept around for compatibility.
