Fix: 5.2 units crash-looping on BLE setup and never renewing their MQTT cert (#123). Hardware revision lookup works again (broken since v0.7.2) so 5.2 units skip BLE; BLE app creation failure is no longer fatal; cert renewal errors are now logged.
