SqlProvider files are getting installed to /sql/sql/ rather than /sql/

FYI, @johnhenley ... This is referenced by both tags, 07.00.03 and 07.00.04. Not closing until 07.00.04 is released.

@WillStrohl this fixes the issue for new installs, but doesn't move existing SqlDataProvider files for existing installs from /sql/sql/ to /sql/. It does install new files to the correct location. Should we have a followup task to use IUpgradeable to move them for an existing installation? Don't want to over-engineer, but few things are worse than littering up an installation?

Ugh... That's a very good call and step. It's annoying when you uninstall a module, only to later find it didn't actually uninstall all of the way. :(
