Bug Fixes

• installer: Register only Playwright by default for Claude, Codex and Antigravity. Context7 remains available by explicit installation and through the standalone MCP scripts' --all option. Normal reinstalls preserve existing Context7 registrations; full uninstall still recognizes the previous default. Grok continues to share the Claude surface. (bc0628c)
• zephermine: Remove the Context7 requirement from generated implementation sections. Check project dependency versions and existing code, then consult the matching official documentation; use Context7 optionally when installed. Mark its setup-registry recommendation as optional. (bc0628c)

Validation and Scope

• Installer, policy, portable-frontmatter and module-routing regression checks: 53 passed. Release version-synchronization and installation-policy checks: 12 passed. Skill-format validation, Bash syntax validation and whitespace checks passed.
• Windows integrated installation (install.bat --all) passed all 12 final rule, registration and installed-hook execution checks. The installed Zephermine section template matches its canonical source at all three catalog-resolved paths: Claude, Codex and Antigravity. Grok uses the Claude compatibility surface; the detected Devin-Mnemo adapter was also installed and its configuration check passed.
• Git Bash default and --all installer paths were tested with isolated runtime homes and CLI shims. Native macOS/Linux execution and live Context7 documentation queries were not run. Devin runtime turn capture was not retested.
