MakerDAO Decentralised StableCoin System (DSS)

For this project we are using -

1. Relative Stability: Anchored or Pegged -> $1
   1. Setup chainlink price feed.
   2. setup a function to exchange the ETH and BTC.
2. Stability Mechanism (Minting): Algorithmic (Decentralized)
   1. People can only mint the stablecoin with enough collateral.
3. Collateral: Exogenous (Crypto). Using only two types of Crypto currency as collateral.
   1. This the wrapped version of ETH token called as wETH
   2. This the wrapped version of BTC token called as wBTC
