Adds AiLog (dashed__ai_logs) with AiLogger/AiCallLog, a USD price table
with EUR conversion, a monthly budget with 80%/100% alert mails, the
read-only AI log resource with cost stats widget, FalRequest for Fal.ai
calls, the ai_logs retention entry and the log settings on the AI
settings page.
