Update the module resolution so that the upgrade to datadog-ci's most recent version works, otherwise there are tsc errors. TS docs: https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/#moduleResolution

What does this PR do?
Update the module resolution so that the upgrade to datadog-ci's most recent version works, otherwise there are tsc errors.
