mdrepoatlas 0.2.0 exports a local repository as deterministic, navigable Markdown from the command line or a small Python API.

Highlights:

• deterministic directory tree, language index, file metadata, hashes, and source sections;
• root and nested .gitignore support using Git wildmatch rules;
• bounded per-file and total source reads, plus bounded ignore-file parsing;
• verified no-follow file access that rejects symlink, junction, reparse-point, and outside-root substitutions;
• defensive exclusions for common credential paths, including Kaggle credentials, with an explicit override;
• Markdown-safe adaptive code fences, stdout output, and staged failure behavior;
• retained c2md compatibility wrappers.
