• Tool switch_session_preset: report the current preset and available ids, or rebind the calling session to another agent preset after its first turn.
• Uses the public agentPresets.recompose() service method (whose documented contract leaves the blank-session check to the caller) and records agent-preset/selected, so the choice survives a restart.
• Refuses subagent sessions, validates the calling agent against the live registry, and reports registry failures as tool results.
• Experimental: depends on the DSH 0.2.1 agentPresets contract; a DSH upgrade may require an update.
