What's new

• Hermes wired like the other agents: team bus, read-only Orchestra conductor or reviewer, native session resume, live status. Your Hermes configuration is never modified.
• Codex joins the team bus: all six agents can now talk to each other in the Orchestra.
• WCAG AA light and dark themes, per-project .env protection switch, more robust runs.
• Old Missions/Teams model removed from the interface.
• Interface tests hardened for slow machines.
• Build: Windows installer package id fixed, and the Release is now published even if an experimental platform fails.

Thanks to @ArchiTecCTT for contribution #7, which enforces LF line endings so the project passes its checks on Windows. It was merged right after this release and will ship in the next one.
