Perlin Noise now not in the terminal

Changes

Complete overhaul of the display, now using a window output using pygame.
However removed input from the user to move around, but added autoscroll

Still Perlin Noise in terminal, but prettier

• Kinda beautified the output
• fixed some issues regarding brightness when x or y is negaitve
• fixed values being too high or low even in positive regions

• added Fractal Brownian Motion for more natural feel
• fixed some issues with similar looking terrain
• seeding should work flawlessly now

Perlin Noise in the Terminal

Initial release of the perlin noise application.
simply start the programm to start a terminal window which then asks for a seed for generating the map.
