Follower 0.4.2

Needs pokerecomp 0.1.27 or newer. Nothing in the mod itself changed.

0.1.27 renames the classes Generation I and Generation II both reach, and every
mod names some of them. It answers api_version 30 alone, so this version
declares 30: an older host refuses it with a message, and this host refuses the
version before it, rather than either installing a mod that cannot parse.

Update the game first, then this.
