Dictation now pastes into Rex. Tick treated Rex's terminal as a text field, so the paste reported success and inserted nothing. It now pastes through the clipboard, the way it does for Ghostty, and formats Rex dictation as a shell command.

Parakeet Unified English transcribes while you hold the hotkey.

Tick feeds it audio as you speak, including the short pre-roll, and finishes when you let go. If the stream fails, comes back empty, or takes more than 1.5 seconds, Tick transcribes the whole clip instead. In Settings → Model it is marked Streams and Best for English. When nothing is downloaded yet and your language is English, Tick picks this model first.

Walkthroughs: show an AI agent the problem instead of describing it.

Press ⌥⇧S (change it in Settings → Hotkey → Walkthrough), then talk and click around. Hold ⇧ and drag to draw, ⇧-click to drop a numbered pin, ⌘Z to undo a mark, Esc to cancel. Press ⌥⇧S again and Tick pastes a contact sheet of numbered keyframes and a timestamped, on-device transcript into the app in front (in terminals it pastes the image path, which agent CLIs attach).

Needs Screen Recording permission; Tick asks the first time.
