Delphi Project Handoff 0.8.0.2 experimental

DPH now starts on Getting started and waits for the user to choose an application or saved project. Generated design previews show each saved form tab separately and are labeled as reconstructions, distinct from imported runtime screenshots. Saved captures with stale analysis refresh automatically when their original source is available; incomplete attached analyses are labeled PARTIAL. The page transition clipping and project-map toolbar alignment are also improved.

The Windows ZIP contains Win32 and Win64 Release executables. The separate source ZIP contains editable Delphi forms, source, guides, dependencies, and all 35 offline interface packs. Extract the whole package before use. The selected application is read but never run by DPH.

Validation: four DPH builds succeeded; 181 learning checks and the native layout suite passed; the extracted Win32 and Win64 Windows packages launched; both guides were rendered and reviewed.
