See issue #54.

Now the program grt runs like GMT ,

grt greenfn [args1] [args2] ...
grt syn [args1] [args2] ...
...
grt static greenfn [args1] [args2] ...
...

Python interfaces have not been affected.

All scripts in example/ and docs/ will be updated later in other PRs.
