Configuration import and export: Added configuration import and export for servers, keys, backup profiles, storage locations, and naming rules.
YAML backup profiles: Replaced command and file-rule editors with a single YAML configuration per backup profile, including Monaco editing, autocomplete, validation, and inline field documentation.
Configuration import preview: Added confirmation dialogs showing the configuration and backup data affected by imports, including overwrite warnings.
Destructive action confirmations: Added impact dialogs for deleting backup profiles and naming rules, including affected runs, files, sizes, and paths.
Backup profile examples: New profiles start with a minimal YAML example containing commands, working directories, transfers, and exclusion rules.
Improvements
Backup transfer reliability: Local destination directories are created immediately before each transferred file, preventing failures when mount points or directories become unavailable during a run.
Backup file loading: Replaced profile-detail request fan-out with the paginated profile-level backup-files endpoint.
Configuration import behavior: Added overwrite and add modes, with collision-safe naming for imported resources.
YAML command execution: Commands now run in YAML order with their configured working directories, while transfers support recursive copying and exclusion patterns.
Configuration migration: Existing command and file-rule data is converted to YAML during migration, after which the legacy tables are removed.
Template configuration: Backup templates now generate the YAML format directly and preserve working directories separately from command text.
Profile configuration UX: Consolidated profile configuration into one documented YAML editor and removed the redundant command/file-rule persistence and editor surfaces.
Fixes
Intermittent local file creation failures: Fixed backup runs failing with failed to create local file: ... no such file or directory when destination directories were missing.
Working directory preservation: Fixed profile migration and templates so working_directory remains a separate YAML field instead of being embedded into commands or lost as an empty value.
YAML-only profile consistency: Fixed profile creation, updates, duplication, import/export, dry runs, and execution to use the same YAML configuration source.
Import impact completeness: Added servers and naming rules to import impact reporting alongside profiles, storage locations, runs, files, and sizes.
Safe destructive operations: Replaced browser confirmation prompts with consistent destructive-action dialogs and safe handling for profile and naming-rule deletion.
YAML editor defaults: Added documented example commands, working directories, transfers, and exclusion patterns for newly created profiles.
