HTML5 Notifications broken for Firefox, Chrome

Not sure if anyone else is getting this - but on my app and the demo I cannot get HTML5 notifications. Can anyone else reproduce?

Note: Works fine on safari

This is very browser-dependent. It's a fun trick, but I wouldn't rely on it if you need any sort of cross-browser compatibility.
