What this release is

Delta Browser v0.0.1: a Model Context Protocol server that gives an AI agent a
real browser. 62 tools over MCP, batched tool calls, delta snapshots, persistent
sessions, and a kernel-enforced sandbox on Linux x86_64.

This is the first release published under the Delta Browser name.
