Windows shutdown verification and release reconciliation

  • Reconciled package, Tauri and Cargo application versions to 1.1.1.
  • Strengthened shutdown regression coverage with real playlist playback, native dashboard/timer close, application identity and scoped WebView2 process observation.
  • Verified the installed Windows application closes with actual audio playing and no observed surviving application/WebView2 processes. The maintainer also confirmed physical Alt+F4 and dashboard Exit manually.
  • Preserved existing settings and history during the verified upgrade.
  • Updated the roadmap and development journal to reflect completed work and verification limits.

Verification

177 frontend tests, 21 focused harness tests, 5 Rust tests, TypeScript checks, targeted Playwright checks, release build and installed smoke checks passed. The original intermittent 1.1.0 cause was not reproduced; this release does not claim a newly implemented production shutdown fix.

Installation

Download KURONE-KO_1.1.1_x64-setup.exe. The installer is unsigned; Windows may display a reputation warning. Back up application data before upgrading, select the option that does not uninstall the existing version, and do not select deletion of user data.
