Maintenance release. No user-facing behaviour changes.

Dependencies

• Allow Pest 5 alongside 3 and 4. The constraint is additive rather than a replacement, because Pest 5 requires PHP ^8.3 while the CI matrix still covers 8.2.
• actions/checkout 6 → 7, actions/setup-node 6 → 7, pnpm/action-setup 5 → 6.

Fixes

• EnumDiscoveryService — dropped a redundant nullsafe call; getBackingType() is non-null inside the isBacked() branch.
• RefactorCommand — dropped a dead ?? []; --exclude is an =* array option and never yields null.

Removed

• .github/workflows/node-checks.yml, which built packages/vite-plugin-enumify — a path that has never existed in this repository. It failed on every edit to the workflow file and was the reason main showed as red.

PHPStan is back to zero errors; 161 tests pass.
