1.2.1 - Non-throwing SQLCipherStore Initializer

The SQLCipher library models SQLite C library error codes as Swift Errors. SQLCipher database code is liberally sprinkled with try expressions, and functions often throw. But Codable state initialization and storage should be simple, once a database has been successfully opened and unlocked.

This release makes SQLCipherStore.init(_:initial:) a non-throwing initializer to help simplify your initialization code.
