Summary

1. Try to fix Apple SSO, to keep the user logged in after successful Apple authentcation.
2. Make a nice Header ;-)
3. Update Footer.
4. Update colors to match our official #3f51b5 color.
5. Center popup.
6. When trying to authenticate locally display an information of Apple not handling it.
7. Semantic improvement - TopNav with Header.
