Installation Details

  1. Install Steamodded
  2. Download DOWNLOAD.zip under the Assets heading below
  3. Unzip DOWNLOAD.zip
  4. Move the unzipped Mods folder to C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Balatro\, but change [USER] to your Windows username
    NOTE: the Mods folder will probably already exist, in which case you just need to copy the files
    NOTE: the AppData folder is hidden by default, Google how to access it if you are unsure
  5. Launch the game!

  • Balatro v1.0.1 changes:
    • Vampire (only scoring cards)
    • Midas Mask (only scoring cards)
    • Hanging Chad (use joker variable)
    • Flower Pot (bypass suit debuff)
    • Yorick (rework)
  • Sock and Buskin refactored to use joker variable; future-proofing.
  • Fixed The Hook crashing on small hand sizes.

Disclaimer

There are likely a few cases where the score calculation is wrong because it is written by hand from scratch and because I skimp out on testing to save time. Please let me know if you find any problems by opening an issue, here.

CURRENTLY INCOMPATIBLE WITH OTHER MODS

Do not submit issues about modded jokers not working. I am working on integrating as many other mods as possible, but it takes time! I'm aiming to have most popular mods supported in a week or two.
