v0.41.1 - Status text entry fix

Fixed the Status text field so you can type, select and paste text normally. The field now uses a standard native Windows edit control. Use Recent... beside it to reuse a recent status.

This bugfix keeps the encoding settings from v0.41.0, including bundled SVT-AV1 v4.2.0 and default preset 6.

Download the Windows x64 setup program for a per-user installation, or extract the portable ZIP and run Timelapse.exe. The separately downloaded person worker remains optional and unchanged. SHA256SUMS.txt covers all four downloadable artifacts.
