运行依赖 yt-dlp / ffmpeg 不随安装包分发：启动后会自动识别机器上已安装的版本并复用，识别不到时在「设置 → 运行依赖」里一键下载即可。
Dependencies are not bundled: Installed tools on your machine will be detected automatically; one-click download is available in Settings → Dependencies.

📝 更新内容 / Changelog
修复
- 检查更新失败被显示成「已是最新版本」：Go 侧全链路失败时返回
release: null而不是抛错，前端只判断hasUpdate，于是离线、被墙或全部源限流时会提示「已是最新」，用户永远不知道检查没做成。现在分出一个明确的失败状态，提示「检查更新失败，请检查网络后重试」。 - Windows 打开 / 定位文件误报「exit status 1」（#95）：
explorer.exe即使窗口正常打开也常返回 1，原先等退出码再判断，导致「打开所在文件夹」每次都弹失败提示。现在 Windows 上只确认进程能启动，其余平台仍保留退出码检查。
变更
- 运行依赖清单同步到 yt-dlp 2026.10.26.220202：不改变应用自身行为，只是让「下载依赖」装到更新的解析器。
