Bladeglass Meter 0.7.3
What's new in 0.7.3:
- Odyle energy, Shugo keys and hidden cube keys: the meter now shows them next to the ping, each with its icon and the numbers as the game shows them (for example 15 (+340)). They update as they change. The game sends them at login, a character switch or a dungeon entry, so until then the meter shows each character's last numbers, dimmed. Each can be turned off in Settings > Display.
- A tidier footer: the Shugo event, field boss and hidden cube countdowns have a row of their own above it, sharing it equally, so they show in full. Below, the buttons on the left, and Odyle energy, keys and ping on the right. The All bosses button shows the timers' clock, and it and the timers' button no longer both look pressed.
- Stagger: a member's damage details now show how much they took off the boss's stagger gauge, with their share of the party's, and per skill on a wide window. The numbers are the same as the skill tooltips' "Stagger Gauge Damage".
- Front and back damage: a member's damage details now show how much of their damage was dealt from the front and from behind, as tiles, and per skill on a wide window. Some hits don't say which, so the two don't always add up to 100%.
- Skill names and icons: Spiritmaster chain skills now have their names and icons (Ashy Call, Earth Tremor, Vacuum Explosion), the Cleric's Thunder and Lightning and Divine Punishment have their icons, and 52 more skills that showed as "Skill" and a number now have names and icons. The Chanter's Piercing Strike and Storm Chain had their names swapped; that's fixed.
- Theostones: their effects are now named after the stone (for example "Theostone: Ulgorn's Will") and show the stone's icon, instead of "Effect" and a number.
Bladeglass Meter 0.7.2
What's new in 0.7.2:
- Field boss timers after a kill: a boss you kill now gets its next respawn time right away, without opening the Field Boss panel, and the time is shared with the other meters. Before, it stayed "Up" until someone opened the panel on that boss's own map. Respawn times known so far: Immortal Gartua, High Commander Lagta and Argo, the Spirit King 12 hours; Dark Shadow Vishwada, Sharp Shylak, Drakan Battalion Weapon Guruta, Soul Ruler Kashapa and Silent Dartan 6 hours. The others are learned the first time one is killed with the panel open; until then a killed boss shows no time instead of "Up".
- All bosses: a new button in the bottom bar (and a hotkey you can set in Settings > Hotkeys) shows every boss in the boss timers, ticked or not. Press it again to go back to your ticked bosses.
- Hotkeys: the key hints moved to a line of their own at the very bottom of the meter, so the bottom bar has room for the reminders and buttons.
Bladeglass Meter 0.7.1
What's new in 0.7.1:
- Party list in dungeons: on entering a dungeon, a player from the group around you outside (a field boss or event force) could show up as an extra member next to your party. The meter now forgets everyone from the zone before when you enter a new one.
Bladeglass Meter 0.7.0
What's new in 0.7.0:
- Bosses page: the world and Abyss boss options moved out of Settings to a page of their own. Open it with the new skull button next to the gear. It holds the alert (when, sound, volume), how many boss timers show, sharing, and the bosses you follow. Turning the alert off no longer greys out the boss list and timers.
Bladeglass Meter 0.6.5
What's new in 0.6.5:
- Your character after a restart: a meter started or updated after a character switch could show the character played before, with its name, class and CP. It now shows a name only when the game confirms it: when you log in or teleport, after a restart on the same character, or when your party list names one of your characters. Until then your row says "You" and the meter asks for a teleport.
- The "You" row shows as soon as the meter sees the game, and takes your class and name the moment the game reveals them.
Bladeglass Meter 0.6.4
What's new in 0.6.4:
- Character switch: after switching characters, the list no longer keeps the previous character (marked as you) and its party. The new character's name and class show as soon as it enters the world. A meter started after a switch also notices a remembered character of another class, at the first dodge roll or party list.
- Combat power: a low-level character's own CP showed about 256 times too high (1.54M instead of 6,008). It now shows the right number.
- Hard modes: the bosses of the new Hard modes of Krao Cave, Draupnir, Urugugu Canyon and Vakron Sky Island are named, and History shows the mode, for example "Krao Cave · Hard". Krao Cave's bosses, Guardian Captain Raur, Judge Urahum and Vakron were added for every mode.
- Usage stats: the meter now sends an anonymous report when it starts and every 30 minutes, to show how many people use it and which features matter. It never sends character names, account details, the IP address or anyone's damage or heal numbers. The full list is on bladeglass.com under "Safe and private".
Bladeglass Meter 0.6.3
What's new in 0.6.3:
- Updates: the meter now also checks for a new version every 30 minutes while it runs, not only when it starts. When it finds one, "UPDATE IS AVAILABLE!" shows under the waiting note and Settings > Updates offers Update; it installs by itself the next time the meter starts.
Bladeglass Meter 0.6.2
What's new in 0.6.2:
- Abyss world bosses: after the game's latest update, Guardian Lord Nahma and the three Executors showed "—". Their timers are back: the meter now follows their weekly schedules (Nahma on Friday and Sunday at 21:00, the Executors on Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 21:30, server time) and shows them as up for 30 minutes after they spawn.
- The Field Boss panel's Abyss list is read correctly again after the game's update.
Bladeglass Meter 0.6.1
What's new in 0.6.1:
- Export image: pick what the picture shows. The export button opens a choice of the party's Damage tab, Healing tab and Taken tab, and your own damage per skill and heal per skill. The default is the overview (damage, healing and damage taken), and your pick is kept for next time.
- Exported pictures always show full player names.
- Notices such as "Saved" are now a green strip at the bottom of the window, under the boss timers, instead of covering them.
- Healing: another class's skill that the game counts as your own heal, such as a Chanter's Sprint Mantra, now counts as healing done by that class's player in your party, and for you as healing received. With no single player of that class in the fight, it counts only as healing received.
- Field bosses: shared times now use the meter's own address, and Settings > Field bosses shows when sharing last worked.
- The note while waiting for a boss no longer has a tooltip.
Bladeglass Meter 0.6.0
What's new in 0.6.0:
- New logo: glass bars with a gold blade. It's the meter's icon on the taskbar, the Start menu, the desktop shortcut and the installer. Windows may show the old icon on shortcuts until the next restart.
- Bladeglass Meter has a website, with every feature, pictures, install steps and help: https://bladeglass.com/
