Docs: Add Javadoc Comments to Public Methods in Command.java

The Command.java file contains the core logic for each command but lacks proper documentation. Adding Javadoc comments to its public methods will make the code easier to understand for future contributors and users of the class.

This issue involves writing clear and concise Javadoc comments for the find(), date(), and time() methods.
