v3.22.2 — Stage 2–3 fixes, acceptance suites, Windows

Third community maintenance release after v3.19.0. Everything on KNOWN_ISSUES is fixed now.

Stage 2: MEM-0 (one memory read path, persisted tombstones), GATE-1–3 (path premises checked on disk, irreversible steps without premises flagged, one gate section per response), GRAPH-1–3 (subgraph depth, transfer IDs and rollback), CYC-8, CYC-10.

Stage 3 and hygiene: STATE-3–5, MEM-5–7, HYG-1–11. HYG-7 is a security fix: architecture search passed task text through a shell.

Windows: atomic writes failed with EPERM, fsync and the Cursor project path was never resolved. Fixed by @conradipui-glitch in #9.

Behavior changes: mcp_m7_test_tool is removed (37 tools). New cycles write to m7-cycles/<slug>-<id suffix>/; existing folders stay where they are. analyze_task no longer runs docker compose up when ChromaDB is offline.

Tests: every item has an acceptance test, and npm run test:mutants reverts each fix in dist/ and expects its test to fail (41 mutants). npm test runs 26 files and fails if a test writes into the repo.

v3.19.0 — Stage 1 remainder + Stage 2 cycles

Second community maintenance release after v3.18.1.

Stage 1 remainder: MEM-1, MEM-2, MEM-4, CYC-7, CYC-9 — persist invalidate, confidence zero, large memory loads, artifact resubmit trace, cycle cleanup/archive.

Stage 2 cycles: CYC-2 (serialized idempotent submit), CYC-3 (terminal completed/aborted), CYC-4 (projectPath pin), CYC-5 (separate short/rewind counters), CYC-6 (latest reflection in carry-forward).

Breaking: CYC-5 — a third consecutive short artifact no longer advances the phase. CYC-3 — no submits after complete/abort.

v3.18.1 — Stage 1 community fixes

First maintenance release after the public snapshot. This batch closes four high-severity items from KNOWN_ISSUES Stage 1 (nothing lost silently):

• CYC-1 — bad reflection JSON no longer advances the cycle
• STATE-1 — failed cycle writes fail the tool call; corrupt JSON can recover from backups
• STATE-2 — complete_session respects validation unless you pass force: true
• MEM-3 — shutdown waits up to 2s to flush debounced L2/L3 memory
