Release 4.3

• Fixed ControllerDishTool update preflight ordering: OTA checks precede Modbus reads and idle connections are reopened. Added visible OTA status / Check OTA, same/newer/older package comparison and explicit same-version reinstall confirmation. Updates below 4.3 are allowed; 4.3 is only the encoder configuration minimum.
• ControllerDishTool checks that the legacy OTA handler responds before each image. If its startup window has expired, it offers a motor-guarded Modbus restart or a manual-reset notice, reconnects and checks OTA again before writing.
• Renamed EncoderConfig to ControllerDishTool; added shared connection controls and Encoder Configuration / Firmware Update tabs. Ethernet updates load hardware-specific release ZIPs, validate public version/hardware, send optional LittleFS and firmware using separate legacy OTA sessions, and reconnect to verify the result. Bootloader and partitions remain serial-only.
• Standardized EncoderConfig interface text, messages, tooltips, code comments and documentation in English.
• EncoderConfig now discovers local controller IPs via ping/ARP and MAC prefix 02:04:06 (based on UpdateESP32), with selection and cancellation. Release output is directly in bin/Release without a net48 subdirectory.
• Added EncoderConfig, a standalone C# WinForms executable for RTU/TCP encoder parameter editing, readback verification, restart/reconnect and position testing. Includes firmware-contract tests with a local Modbus TCP simulator.
• Updated the Modbus PDF map and generator for 4.3.1719: configurable encoder registers, formats, startup/restart behavior, per-axis conversion and JY-ME02-485 azimuth example.
• Added configurable sensor types (AZ 5, EL/Roll/Pitch 109). EncoderFormat: 0 undefined, 1 int16, 2 uint16, 3 int32, 4 uint32. Profiles load at startup and require restart after edits. AZ keeps bit-resolution/turn conversion; EL uses (raw - EncoderSubtract) * EncoderMul / EncoderDiv. Polling starts after configuration; turn history is now per sensor.
• Added per-axis EncoderRegister, EncoderFormat, EncoderSubtract, EncoderMul and EncoderDiv parameters at Modbus addresses 44..52 for IDs 2..5, stored using the existing Preferences mechanism.
• Added UpdateBackupRepository.ps1 to validate, commit and push this repository, with WhatIf support.
• Renamed versiones.txt to changelog.md and formatted version headings as Markdown.
• Update serial tool now resets the ESP32 after flashing and saves boot/debug output to update.txt.
• Added ES/EN firmware map documenting firmware operation, hardware variants, driver detection, communications, Modbus IDs/registers, tasks and safety flow.
