First release for artifact evaluation

This is a release for the artifacts of the paper entitled "Straight to the Queue: Fast Load-Store Queue Allocation in Dataflow Circuits". The repository contains the source code, binaries, benchmarks, results as well as scripts to automate the process of regenerating the results.
