Create design mockup for new iot.eclipse.org homepage

The initial planning for the Eclipse iot.eclipse.org website refresh is done and it's time for the development team to get started on this project!

I suggest that we start by creating a design mockup of the new homepage since we have a new logo, colors and a very good foundation for our structure

Our designer @mattjoanisse created two mockups of the IoT home page that the community can review for feedback:

Concept A:

Please note that we are aware of some accessibility issues regarding some of the colours that was used in the mockups.

For example, the grey that we used in the news teaser #adadae should be darker. We plan on addressing those using https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/

WCAG 2.0 level AA requires a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.

Please post feedback on this issue and not on the adobe website.

Both concepts seem to contain the same information.
However, to me, concept A looks more appealing. I also find it easier to grasp the information the way it is presented in concept A.
