[0.57.1] - 2026-09-17

Re-release of 0.57.0 with no code changes. The v0.57.0 tag was pushed, but its release
quality-gate failed before anything was built or published, so 0.57.0 exists only as a tag
and never shipped.

Fixed

• Committed the mutation receipts for the three intent-layer structural gates
  (test_{playbook_alignment,objective_gap_proposal,outcome_measure}_invariance.py) and the
  review payloads for the four intent-layer tasks. Both were written to the base working tree
  and left out of the task commits. The local suite passed because the files were on disk;
  a fresh checkout (CI) failed test_every_new_structural_gate_has_a_mutation_receipt.

Boundary tests (advisory)
