v1.1.0

@Eggmansworld Eggmansworld released this 31 Oct 04:17

Converts several zips at the same time. A new Workers setting next to the rename option sets how many (1–16, 2 by default, remembered). Use 1 when the zips are on a NAS or a slow hard drive, more on a fast SSD. The output is byte-identical whatever the setting.

Also: if two zips in one run would write the same output file (same name from different folders), the second is now skipped with a message instead of overwriting the first.

System File
Windows (x64) EggmansStoreZip-v1.1.0-win-x64.zip
Linux (x64) EggmansStoreZip-v1.1.0-linux-x64.tar.gz
macOS (Apple silicon) EggmansStoreZip-v1.1.0-osx-arm64.tar.gz
macOS (Intel) EggmansStoreZip-v1.1.0-osx-x64.tar.gz

Self-contained, so no .NET install is needed. See the README for usage and first-run steps (the macOS build is unsigned and needs a one-time Terminal step).

Eggman's StoreZip v1.0.1

@Eggmansworld Eggmansworld released this 29 Oct 18:30

First public release of Eggman's StoreZip.

Builds StoreZips: zips with every file stored, sorted and with fixed dates, so the same ROMs always give the same zip, byte for byte. The TeknoParrot Collection's nested MAME zips are StoreZips, so you can build them from your own MAME merged set and they match the dat.

System File
Windows (x64) EggmansStoreZip-v1.0.1-win-x64.zip
Linux (x64) EggmansStoreZip-v1.0.1-linux-x64.tar.gz
macOS (Apple silicon) EggmansStoreZip-v1.0.1-osx-arm64.tar.gz
macOS (Intel) EggmansStoreZip-v1.0.1-osx-x64.tar.gz

Self-contained, so no .NET install is needed. Use Pleasuredome's MAME merged sets of the version the dat names. See the README for how to use it and first-run steps (the macOS build is unsigned and needs a one-time Terminal step), and docs/StoreZip-Format.md for the format.
