Alloy v0.3.1
Pre-release
Pre-release
The last update you install by hand.
- Updates arrive by themselves. Alloy asks AlloyMC for the newest version when it
starts and every six hours, downloads it in the background and shows the gold update
button; installing still waits for your click. Every file is checked against the hash
AlloyMC announced and against Alloy's release key before it's offered, exactly like a
file you download yourself. Turn it off, or check right away, in Settings → Updates.
Install (Windows)
Download the -setup.exe and run it. It installs for your user, no admin prompt. The installer
isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn: More info → Run anyway.
Install (Linux)
Download the .AppImage, make it executable (chmod +x) and run it. Arch users can also build
the package from packaging/arch.
Update
Already have Alloy? Download the .alloyupdate into your Downloads folder and click the gold
update button in Alloy's sidebar.
