The workout screen is rebuilt with Material 3 Expressive: a progress strip with connected timer and trash buttons, an exercise header that collapses as you scroll, sets grouped by block with state-shaped badges, an active set card that opens into the editor, weight and reps wheels with a lens effect and a pencil for custom values, and livelier rest and warm-up cards |

The dashboard no longer offers today's workout again once you have done one today, a wheel spun back to the value it started on now takes that value, the bottom panel of the workout scrolls on short screens, and exercise names, merge rows and card values stay readable beside badges and stars on small screens and with large fonts |
