1.0.2 - GMod Tools++ Support

Garry's Mod now has support for Tools++ and automatically installs it.
Deleting a Garry's Mod Hammer++ instance has also been fixed.

WARNING: If you have already set up Garry's Mod, you must go through set up for it again. Tools++ will NOT work otherwise.

NOTE: If you installed this release ~30 minutes of when it came out, the build you downloaded will not properly work! If you had any issues launching LHL, please delete your LHL folder and re-download this build. Sorry about that.
