This (landscape.io) is another really nice tool. In contrast to unit tests, it will evaluate your code for problems as well as style issues (e.g., unused imports). Highly recommended, plus it will add a "health" badge icon to your Readme similar to travis. You need to sign in at landscape.io with your github account in order to enable it.
