• The activity panel shows a 交付报告 / Delivery report button when
  delivery.ok is true.

• No extra host route or browser permission is needed; the report is part of

Abandoned-team cleanup

• New captain tool agent_teams_cleanup: archives teams in the workspace whose
  tasks are all completed/cancelled/failed and whose newest activity is older

• Dry-run by default; pass dry_run=false to archive the reported candidates.
• Candidate selection is a pure helper, so the dry run and the real pass agree.

Profile seed quality

• Named profile seed tasks can now declare kind and the full quality
  contract: objective, acceptance, inScope, outOfScope, verify,
  reviewedTaskId, sourceTaskId, sourceFindingIds, coverageOf.
• Profile validation rejects a quality seed without its required contract and
  rejects review/repair references to unknown or self seed ids.
• Seed ids are mapped to real task ids when the team is created, so review and
  repair contracts work after creation.

Changed-path audit

• On implementation/repair completion the host now compares the declared
  changedPaths with the workspace's real git status. A declared path that
  does not exist in the current diff rejects the completion.
• Non-git workspaces are not treated as an audit failure; the scope and evidence
  gates still apply.

Delivery verification

• The host now actually runs declared verification commands when a quality
  task completes. A real non-zero exit (or timeout) rejects the completion;
  member-reported commandsRun no longer count as a pass. Evidence is stored
  with the host exit code and output.
• The check runs only after the status transition and contract are legal, so a
  claimed task cannot execute commands on the way to an illegal direct
  completion.
• Verification process trees are terminated on timeout (Windows taskkill /T),
  preventing orphaned test processes and locked workspaces.

Full-stack quality

• The fullstack quick-start template now emits a quality DAG when the workspace
  has two genuinely disjoint frontend/backend roots (for example web/ +
  server/, apps/web/ + apps/api/):
  requirements → implementation (frontend/backend) → integration → verification
  → review.
• Without recognizable disjoint layers the template stays ordinary work rather
  than inventing a scope that would dead-lock honest changes.

  counted as delivered. A one-line empty completion no longer produces
  delivery.ok=true.
• Artwork fix: the app icon is embedded separately from the 24 cultivation
  portraits, keeping the packaged artwork contract intact.
