Release 1.0 and update of PHP Version

It's quite a while since the start of this library. It's used in some, mostly private projects. So I decided to give it now the full 1.0 tag.

Also with this release, I removed the PHP Version constrain so it is compatible by Composer above PHP 8.2.

Last but not least, a deprecation is fixed due to a misconception of a method.

Update composer.json to PHP8.1

Updated to PHP version 8.1 after some tests including MySQLi

Added NOT for BETWEEN and IN, also changed for this the whereBetween($col, $value1, $value2) and in($insearch, $type = Sql::COMPERABLE_IN, $indata = array()) methods to:

FIX: added string seprator and value escape in new SQL functions

Added string seperator, check for integer and escape string, as well as check for prepared statement placeholder in IN and BETWEEN SQL functions.

Some warnings appeared when preparing statements. Fixed conditions in BuilderAbstract to avoid any warnings or errors.
