面板默认落在「本对话」页：有会话上下文时打开即本对话，无会话时落「全局」。

• 「本对话」页改用与「全局」页相同的行布局：每个插件/每个 MCP 服务器各占一行，
  默认折叠只显示名字与「N 个工具」，点 ▸ 展开看工具清单，右侧仍是 ⚙ 设置 / ✨ 描述 / 中 AI 标签。
• 官方插件合并成一条可下拉展开的条目（只列当前 profile 真正组装的官方包），带 🔒 说明为什么没有按对话开关。
• 兼容 DeepSeek Harness 0.2.1 / 0.2.1-rc.3（桌面版）：宿主 8 条路由、3 个客户端插槽、
  agent.ctx.tools.restrict() 语义均已在实机验证。

自测：node dev/smoke-client.mjs（全绿）、node dev/test-describe.mjs、各文件 node --check。

Draggable panel, compact rows and AI Chinese labels.

• The floating panel can be dragged by its title bar; the position is remembered and clamped to the viewport, double-click the title bar to snap back.
• Rows show only the plugin name by default; the arrow expands the small-print description.
• New: the 中 button asks the default model to read the plugin's own README / package.json / client slots and write a short Chinese label, one-line summary and 2-4 keywords. Labels are stored in tags.json and survive reloads and restarts. Settings has an on/off switch and a way to clear them.
• Fallbacks: if the model answers with prose the host re-asks once, then derives a rule-based label from the plugin's own files.
