Termium support for hosted Codeium

We have a corp-hosted install of codeium, but it looks like when I run termium auth it only wants to authenticate against the normal public codium domain.
It would be awesome if there were command-line flags to configure the portalUrl and apiServerUrl like you can for the VS Code extension.

We don't yet support connecting Termium to a self-hosted Codeium instance—but I'll update here if/when we add support.
