Changes since 0.1.0

• fubuking doctor shows what FubuKing reads in a folder: each agent CLI's version against the versions its handoff is tested with, and how each account's latest session there ended.
• When a handoff cannot happen, FubuKing now says why instead of ending quietly: a usage limit in a form it does not read, a session saved where it does not look, a run with no terminal to ask on. A Claude Code or Codex version outside the tested range is announced once per version.
• The Linux archives run on glibc 2.28 and later (Ubuntu 20.04, Debian 10, RHEL 8), down from 2.39.
• Handoffs are tested end to end in CI, against real Claude Code and Codex session records.
• Removed: fubuking open and fubuking <folder>, which opened the desktop app. The repository now carries only the CLI.
