v1.1.1 — KeyValuePair row labels

Hotfix on top of v1.1.0: dictionary entries now show their key in the row label ([5] = 0.75) instead of all reading the same anonymous value = 0.75. Works for primitive keys, boxed-enum keys, and inline-string keys. Same install path as v1.1.0.
