Changes

  • Fix synthetic monitor layout bounds to use FreeRDP/RDPEGFX inclusive right/bottom coordinates.
  • Preserve classic/server monitor widths and heights when converting inclusive MONITOR_DEF values back to rdpMonitor dimensions.
  • Add regression coverage for inclusive single-monitor and dual-monitor layout generation.
  • Includes the prior RDPEGFX cap negotiation fix from commit 2aa0c11.
