Changes to the lab/notebook logic (see Readme)

*The tab bar will now display wether the tab contains a lab or a notebook.
*Notebooks show the filename in the tab bar.
*Fixed a bug where the context action was not properly handled

Bug fixes

Fixed a bug, encountered when minimizing the window.
Reenabled some of the settings.
Fixed strong reference loop, leading to memory leaks.

Note:
If the code signature keeps you from executing the app, please compile it yourself using xCode.

Added Finder double click to open capability

Double click will default to open a notebook instead of a lab server.

First release

Since this is the first version it may be buggy.
