• now all agents' __init__ accept a tuple of MPCs (instead of a single one), one for V(s) and the other for Q(s,a). This avoids internal expensive copy of the single MPC argument, and allows for further individual customization of each MPC.
• (breaking) mpcrl.LearnableParameter now no longer accepts a sym parameter. When needed, symbols are now pulled from the MPC controller via their names
• tests extended to Python 3.13
