During Firebird 4 (v4.0.3 in my case) installation on Windows using the installer and the selection "custom installation" some plugin DLLs are omitted so e.g. no connection to the security database in embedded mode is possible. It is not obvious and not understandable why the installation of these DLLs is omitted despite all selectable features have been checked by the user.

Can you compare two installations and tell exact names of DLL? I see no way for any missing plugin (except obvious engine) to limit embedded connection to security database.
With Firebird-4.0.3.2975-0-x64.exe and "custom install", only the sub-folder "udr" and files "chacha.dll" and "udr_engine.conf" are created in "..\Firebird_4_0\plugins" while all other DLL's are missing ("engine13.dll", "fbtrace.dll", "legacy_auth.dll", "legacy_usermanager.dll", "srp.dll", " udr_engine.dll").
