Syrinx 0.3.0 preview

Weekly preview of Syrinx for Windows 11 (x64), built from 02ebc741b3bc on main.

This is an early, unsigned preview. Windows SmartScreen may warn before it runs.
Check the zip against SHA256SUMS.txt before installing, then follow the
installation guide.
