Deploy Private APIs - Out oF Date - error - shows everytime when opening the project

Current Behavior

when making an api private and deploying it. then everytime i open the project it shows as out of date and asking to deploy it again. i have done it 4 times

Expected Behavior

this out of date error should occur only once. not everytime opening the project

Steps To Reproduce

1. create an api
2. make it private and deploy it
3. now close the project and browser (preferrably turning off system)
4. then when opening the same project again , it shows as error - out of date- deploy api
